Welcome to the Springbrooke Condominium Association. Located on the east side of Centerville, Ohio near the intersection of Route 725 and Wilmington Pike, Springbrooke is a community of 63 homes comprised of 35 buildings. Twenty-one buildings are single-family homes, and fourteen buildings each contain three condominiums. All units are one- and two-story frame construction, on slabs, with vinyl siding, asphalt roofs and two-car attached garages. The first units in our 25 acre complex were built in January 1996, designed and developed by Tamarron Corporation, a division of the Hickey Building Company. The remaining units were finished in May 2000.
As a private condominium property we are governed by our Declaration of Ownership and Bylaws. We maintain our own private streets, but still receive services from the City of Centerville such as Police and Public Works. Fire and Emergency Medical services are provided by Washington Township.
The Association contracts with Towne Properties, a professional property management company for the day in day out operation of the association. They also act as a point of contact for Owners and Agents/Buyers wishing to obtain details or legal documents for our Association. Following is their contact information:
