Welcome to the Springbrooke Condominium Association web site. We are located in the far eastern area of Centerville Ohio near the intersection of Ohio Route 725 (Alex Bell Road) and Wilmington Pike South.
The Springbrooke Condominium Association is a community of 63 homes comprising 35 buildings. Twenty-one buildings are single-family units; and fourteen buildings contain three units each. As a private condominium property, we are governed by our unique Declaration of Ownership and Bylaws.
Our streets are private, and we are responsible for their
maintenance and we can prohibit their use to owners and guests.
